Jeanet was always responsive in a timely manner and followed through on her commitments. If she didn't have an answer immediately, she gave a timeline and delivered the answer by the timeline provided. Never had to chase her down for a response. Also, our Escrow agent at Home light, Lisa Jackson was AWESOME!

Jeanet and Julio were instrumental in getting the tenant evicted (legally) and in finding a buyer for the property that fulfilled everyone’s (the owner and lenders) needs. Highly recommend! Jeanet and her team are astounding and always on top of it. I would have never been able to get rid of a long term non-payment tenant without their assistance and ample resources. They cover many services and many areas around Southern California, it doesn’t hurt to ask and find out if they can help you too. You don’t just pay for their service, you pay for their integrity.
